Accused ‘Crystal Towers Murderer’ to Appear in Court

The man charged with the murder of his common-law wife at the Crystal Towers Apartment Complex, on Old Hope Road in St. Andrew on the weekend, is to appear in court this morning.

Thirty-five year-old Phillip Brown, a construction worker, is to answer to a charge of murder in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court.

He’s been charged with the murder of 31-year old Kerry Ann Wilson last Saturday.

Her body was found wrapped in a tarpaulin at the apartment complex where she lived.

It’s alleged that Brown tried to dump her body in a nearby gully.

Police theorise she was beaten to death.

Brown surrendered to the police after he was listed as wanted in relation to her killing.

In a post on Facebook, he said he was ‘sorry’.
