‘Andy Fowl’ held by US Marshals

Nationwide News understand that reputed West Kingston-based gangster, Andy Fowl, is now in the custody of United States authorities.

‘Andy Fowl’, whose real name is Omar Damian Miller, was detained this afternoon by US Marshals.

Sources in the Police High Command told our news center this afternoon that they are unaware of the arrest of the reputed gangster.

But our law enforcement sources in the United States say ‘Andy Fowl’ is in custody in the state of Pennsylvania, after being arrested on a federal warrant.

He was reportedly nabbed following an investigation involving the US Diplomatic and Security Services and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement team.

In January 2011, the Jamaican police asked him to turn himself in, after they received intelligence he was moving to succeed Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke as the Don in Western Kingston.

At the time, he was reportedly leading a gang in Denham Town.

In 2010 he was named among several suspects, wanted in connection with over 10 murders.

Shortly after Dudus’ extradition, ‘Andy Fowl’ was at the center of a gang conflict involving Coke’s relatives.

Andy Fowl is the grandson of another former Tivoli Gardens strongman, Claudius Massop.
