Bailey-Cole Aiming to Defend 100m Crown at Jamaica International Invitational

Meet director of the Jamaica International Invitational, Donald Quarrie, says Kemar Bailey-Cole is returning to defend his title in the men’s 100-metres.

The Invitational is the only World Challenge meet in the Caribbean and is set for the National Stadium, on May 20.

Quarrie says Bailey-Cole will get strong challenge from Asafa Powell, who’ll be gunning for his 98th sub-10 seconds clocking over the distance.

The meet will be broadcast live during Sports Nation Live with Leighton Levy.
