Butch Stewart Survives Deadly Boat Crash in the Bahamas

The Royal Bahamas Police says a boating accident involving Hotelier Gordon Butch Stewart, which left a 73-year-old-man dead, will be reviewed by the Coroners Court to determine liability.

This from Assistant Commissioner of the Royal Bahamas Police Stephen Dean.

Police reports are that around 1 o’clock on Friday afternoon, Mr. Stewart and his friends were on a 90 foot fishing yacht, when it collided with a 15 foot Boston Whaler off Sandy Port in Western Providence, Bahamas.

The deceased was on board the smaller vessell.
