Sprint Hurdler Omar McLeod, says he had to change his technique in order to compensate for his speed.

McLeod his the first Hurdler to run the 100-metres under 10 seconds.

The Rio Olympic gold medalist says he now uses seven strides between the hurdles as oppose to the customary eight.
