Councilor Calls for Probe into ‘Partisan Spending’

Councillor for the Trafalgar Division in South East St. Andrew, the PNP’s Kari Douglas, is calling for Prime Minister Holness and Local Government Minister, Desmond McKenzie, to probe reports of inappropriate use of state resources in the lead up to the parish council polls.

Councillor Douglas says she’s consulted with several senior representatives who’ve suggested that the alleged partisan use of state resources is at an extreme.

She’s calling for an investigation at the highest level.
