Education Minister, Ronald Thwaites, says despite the delays caused by the Riverton Dump fire, the GSAT was successful.
The exams ended earlier today, with approximately 38-thousand students across the island sitting the Language Arts, Science and Communication Tasks papers.
The cohort included some 2-hundred-and-60 children with special needs, who were fully accommodated despite technical challenges.
The Education Minister says, despite all the challenges, he’s satisfied with the outcomes.
Minister Thwaites says his Ministry hopes to make adjustments to the curriculum to make it more suitable.

The Results of this years GSAT are expected for release in June.
