Don Creary on Second Rape Charge

Police investigators today formally laid a second charge of rape on socialite and former JLP Councillor, Don Creary.

Nationwide News reported last evening that Creary would face a second rape charge.

He was charged today with raping an 18-year old woman.

Allegations are the incident took place at an apartment in Meadowbrook, St. Andrew in June this year.

A report was made to the Police by the woman in July.

The woman is alleging that she was intimidated and forced to have sex against her will.

Creary is denying the allegations.

He’s set to spend a seventh consecutive night in custody, after being arrested and charged last Wednesday for raping a 15 year old girl in 2013.

Creary is due to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court tomorrow to hear the outcome of the bail application made by his attorney, Tom Tavares-Finson.
