Financial Analyst, Dennis Chung, is commending the government for its allocation of funds in the 2020/2021 Estimates of Expenditure.

He says the Holness administration is prioritizing the big ticket issues.

He also highlighted the imminent return of Greg Christie as executive director of the country’s premier anti-corruption agency, the Integrity Commission, as another positive step in combating corruption.

Mr Chung also says based on the increases in certain sectors, it appears a new telecoms licence could be granted in the upcoming fiscal year.

And he’s of the view that there’ll be more divestments and sale of government lands in the next fiscal year.

The Financial Analyst also says he’s looking forward to the budget debate.
