Fly Jamaica Clients Fuming after Airline Announces Blanket Cancellations

Clients of the airline Fly Jamaica were left furious on Friday after the company cancelled all their flights till December.

One passenger Winsome Jones says she was booked to travel to New York in the USA, on Saturday morning on a business trip.

However, she says Fly Jamaica called her last Friday to notify her that all their flights have been cancelled until December seven.

Ms James says was at Fly Jamaica’s office in Kingston, since noon that day, to seek a redress. But she says all she’s received is poor customer service.

When our News Center contacted the airline on Friday, the only department we could reach was that of Customer Care.

They confirmed that all the company’s flights have been cancelled until a date in December. But they were unable to provide a reason for the cancellation.
