Jamaicans will soon be able to fly directly to Cuba on a new non- stop flight being offered by Caribbean Airlines. Caribbean Airlines announced the new route yesterday.
The flights between Kingston and Havana are scheduled to start on November 6.
They will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays, with a seating capacity of 150.
A search on the airline’s website shows a round trip flight for an adult passenger on the new route will start around US$383.
Caribbean Airlines CEO, Garvin Medera, says they’re committed to strengthening connectivity in the region, and are expanding their northern hub in Jamaica.
