Three former high-ranking members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF, have expressed their approval of the appointment of Major General Antony Anderson as the next Police Commissioner.
Former Senior Superintendent of Police, Radcliffe Lewis, says Major General Anderson is the potential saviour of the force.
In a statement last evening, the Police Service Commission, PSC, says, Major General Anderson will take up the post on March 19.
Former Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mark Shields, says the next few weeks will be critical for the soon to be appointed Commissioner.
And former Assistant Commissioner of Police, Keith Gardner, while giving his vote of confidence is urging the public not to expect miracles from the Major General.
All three former police officers were speaking on Nationwide @ 5 Tuesday evening.
