Hanna: Crimes Against Children Hard to Investigate; J’cans Refusing to Say What They Know

Youth Minister, Lisa Hanna, says police investigations of several heinous crimes against the nation’s children are being frustrated because community members are refusing to say what they know.

Minister Hanna noted that there’ve been a number of arrests.

Minister Hanna says policy makers have put in place the required laws to punish criminals who prey on children.

But she says there has to be a general improvement in the attitude taken by some communities.
