Prime Minister Andrew Holness is calling on Jamaicans involved in crime to choose a different path.
Mr. Holness was addressing the JLP’s Area Council Four meeting at the Sam Sharpe Teachers College in St. James on Sunday.
The meeting followed the Prime Minister’s tour of several St. James communities over the weekend, including the Charles Gordon Market, where three people were killed on Friday.
Mr. Holness says citizens need to do their part in the partnership with the government.
And the Prime Minister is appealing to families to use moral suasion to convince family members involved in crime, to change their lives.
