INDECOM Rules Out Police’s Involvement in Chisholm Ave Killing

Following recent demonstrations on Chisholm Avenue over the alleged police killing of Nicholas Hamilton, the Independent Commission of Investigations, INDECOM, says its preliminary investigations do not support residents’ claim.

The residents are alleging that Nicholas Hamilton, a chef of 65B Chisholm Avenue, succumbed to injuries he received in a crash involving a police service vehicle.

A police personnel attached to the Constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit, denied the residents’ allegations.

He says the matter is still being investigated.
