Jaden Lindo Speaks On Joining Jamaica’s Hockey Team

Captain of Jamaica’s men’s hockey team, Jaden Lindo, says he chose to join the national team in order to bring more recognition to the local federation.

The Jamaicans beat Colombia 3-2 in a penalty shoot-out in the final of the Amerigol LATAM Cup, in Florida, last week.

Lindo says the victory should serve to silence their critics who doubt Jamaica’s ability to field a successful team.

He says they want to replicate or even surpass the success of the Bobsleigh team.
