Jamaica Moves To Strengthen Economic Cooperation with Kenya – Holness


Prime Minister Andrew Holness says Jamaica and Kenya are moving to strengthen their economic cooperation.

He says the Chambers of Commerce in both nations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MOU.

Prime Minister Holness says Jamaica wants to increase trade and investment ties with the African nation.

Prime Minister Holness was speaking at a media conference on Monday, after he and Kenyan President, Uhuru Keyatta held talks aimed at deepening cooperation between the nations.

He says the time is right for both countries to work together more to achieve economic growth for both Jamaica and Kenya.
