Assistant Commissioner of Police, Terrence Bent says criminal masterminds have been using cell phones from prison to organize reprisal killings in the community of Hanna Town in West Kingston.

ACP Bent says members of larger gangs have been using random acts of violence to gain more power in inner city communities.
