JCF’s Welfare Dep’t Addressing Cases of Members Injured in Line of Duty

Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson says the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF’s, new Welfare Department is now addressing cases in relation to members who were injured several years ago.

The department is part of the Constabulary’s transformation as it makes greater effort to deal with the concerns of its members.

He says the entity is headed by Assistant Superintendent of Police Raymond Wilson.

The Police Commissioner says the new department also addresses promotional issues and unpaid death benefits.
