Logistics Hub Still on the Agenda

The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Agriculture, Karl Samuda says the JLP administration will continue with plans to establish Jamaica as a part of the global logistics hub.

Mr. Samuda says his strong criticism of former Industry Minister, Anthony Hylton must not be taken as an expression of no confidence in the hub project.

Mr. Samuda says the Holness administration will adopt a different narrative and approach towards the logistics hub.

Meanwhile, Mr. Samuda is banking on the development of lands on the Caymanas plains in St. Catherine to create thousands of jobs.
