The Hunts Bay Police are advising the public to be on the lookout for counterfeit US hundred-dollar notes.
The warning comes after the Mobile Reserve seized one hundred and fifty fake US hundred-dollar notes on Mahoe Drive in Kingston 11 on Wednesday.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Dahlia Garrick is Head of the police’s Corporate Communications Unit, CCU.
ASP Garrick says one man has been arrested so far.
The man, Winston Bartley, was allegedly caught with the fake bills when police stopped and searched the vehicle in which he was traveling.
