Three men are now in custody after being caught by members of the lottery scam taskforce, during operations in Trelawny and St. James.
The Media Liaison and Communications Officer for the task force, Corporal Kevin Watson says two of the three were apprehended after an incident in Trelawny.
Investigators were then led to a premises in Granville, St. James and a house occupied by the two suspects.
There, investigators found material used in the lottery scam, including a credit card writer, two credit card readers, seventy blank credit cards and 2-thousand US dollars in cash.
Corporal Watson says a third man, who’s suspected of supplying his cronies with lottery scamming paraphernalia, was arrested at the location.
