There’s been another major shake up in the senior ranks of the Constabulary Force.
Nationwide News has learnt that newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police, Selvin Hay, now has responsibility for the Crime portfolio.
Haye was previously the Deputy Director General at the Major Organized Crime and Anti Corruption Agency, MOCA.
ACP Clifford Chambers — who was in charge of the Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation branch , CTOC — will now head the Police Area Three.
Area Three comprises the St. Elizabeth, Manchester and Clarendon police Divisions.
ACP Fitz Bailey will now head CTOC.
ACP Donovan Graham who was previously in charge of Area Three will now head to Area One.
Area One comprises the Westmoreland, Hanover , St. James and Trelawny Police Divisions.
ACP Graham will replace ACP Warren Blake as Area One Commander.
ACP Blake has been reassigned to head the JCF’s Criminal Investigation Branch.
The man who held that portfolio, ACP Ealan Powell, has been reassigned to the JCF’s Inspectorate Branch.
It’s understood that the transfers take effect immediately.
