Ministry Considers Placing Suspended Students in Youth Innovation Centres

State Minister for Education and Youth, Alando Terrelonge, says the Ministry is exploring a programme that will ensure students spend the time they are on suspension, in Youth Innovation Centres.

The State Minister says he does not agree with school administrators expelling students.

He says if that must be done, students should be enrolled in another school immediately and avoid missing any classes.

Mr. Terrelonge also addressed the issue of bullying.
