Mom and Baby Perish in Hanover Crash

A car crash claimed the lives of a woman and her child.

Acting Senior Superintendent, Courtney Coubrie, of the JCF Traffic and High Way Division says the two were travelling in a motorcar on the Round Hill main road in Hanover.

SSP Coubrie says the two died on the spot after being trapped in the wreckage.

He says no one else was inside the vehicle.

SSP Coubrie says none of the occupants in the garbage truck was injured.

He says Traffic Police are on the scene.
