Munga Charged in Connection with Killing

The murder case involving Dancehall artiste, Munga Honourable, is to be mentioned in court next week.

Munga is also charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.

He’s charged in connection with the killing of 27-year-old Cleveland Smith on Friday, May 12 on Molynes Road in St. Andrew.

He was scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish court this morning.

However, his attorney, Christopher Townsend told Nationwide News that the investigating officer failed to submit the files to court.

He says he’s been told the files will be submitted today.

Mr. Townsend says if that’s done, he expects his client will appear in court next week Tuesday.
