National Coach Confident In Women’s Sprint Relay Team Ahead of Championships

National Coach, Michael Carr, says if Briana Williams is not cleared to represent Jamaica at the 2019 IAAF World Championships our women’s sprint relay team will still be strong enough to medal.

Williams will face the Jamaica Independent Anti-Doping Disciplinary panel from September 23-25 after returning a positive test for the banned diuretic Hydro-chlorothiazide.

Carr says the quartet just has to ensure they execute a clean race.

Carr is not too confident about the men’s team.
