Mr. Bunting says he was expecting the Minister to outline a strategy to deal with the recent flare up of violence in Western Jamaica.

He says it’s difficult to assess the Minister Montague’s announcement that an ‘unprecedented level’ of resources will be pumped into the Security portfolio over the next few years.

Mr. Bunting says Minster Montague failed to outline the source of funding.
