Michael O’hara of Calabar High, and Jaheel Hyde of Wolmer’s Boys has been barred from participating at the Penn relays from April 23-25.

Pennsylvania interscholastic athletics association said both athletes are deemed to have received benefits which are not available to all students at their high schools.

Hosts of sports nation live, Leighton Levy, says he’s not surprised by the decision of the United States’ high schools governing body.
