Pearnel Jr Renounces US Citizenship to Serve

State Minister of National Security, Senator Pearnel Charles Junior, says he has renounced his US citizenship in order to meet one of the eligibility requirements to serve in the Jamaican Parliament.

Senator Charles, who’s been an attorney-at-law for 11 years, says he’s honoured that Prime Minister Andrew Holness, has asked him to serve his country.
