Miss Philips was installed as the new Chairman yesterday at a constituency meeting at the University of the West Indies.

She says fundamentally, her aim is to ensure consistent social development among the different demographics in the constituency.

Miss Philips says there will be more interest in the lives of pensioners in the middle class communities of the constituency.
