Phillips Campaign Reviewing Political Code of Conduct Amid Tense Rivalry In Leadership Challenge

A surrogate for People’s National Party, PNP, Dr. Peter Phillips, says the team is reviewing its code of conduct, that deals with internal contests.

There’ve been calls for a Code of Conduct, as the leadership race between Dr Phillips and aspirant Central Manchester MP Peter Bunting, heats up.

PNP Caretaker for East St Andrew and key Phillips’ supporter, Venesha Phillips, says they already have that code of conduct in place.

But Attorney at law and Bunting supporter, Jennifer Housen, says his team has a three-member committee in place that reviews how his supporters conduct themselves.

She says herself and South St Andrew MP, Mark Golding, are on the three-member committee.

She refused to name the other member of the committee.

Meanwhile, Ms. Housen also says the two leadership contenders must ensure they hold their supporters accountable.
