PNP Delegates Encouraged to Speak Up

1805

Rise United Campaign Director, Dr. Angela Brown Burke, says Peter Bunting’s defeat in his bid to unseat Dr. Peter Phillips as president of the PNP, shouldn’t discourage delegates from voicing their concerns.

Mr. Bunting was seeking to become the first challenger to unseat a party president in an internal election.

He eventually lost in his bid by 76 votes, or a 2% margin.

Dr. Brown Burke says there are many in the party who don’t speak out for fear of upsetting the status quo.

She’s says delegates should never be afraid to voice their concerns.

If those delegates which needed “financial” help don’t get help from the Rise United Endowment Fund, should be help by the One PNP…… If the delegates really indeed needed help
