PNP Campaign Spokesman, Delano Franklyn is criticizing Opposition Leader Andrew Holness for stating that he’s not obligated to answer questions posed by Finance Minister, Dr. Peter Phillips about his Beverly Hills mansion.

Mr. Holness told a JLP rally in Portmore, St. Catherine that his obligation is to the Jamaican people.

But speaking this morning at a press briefing at the PNP’s headquarters, Mr. Franklyn said the issues raised by Dr. Phillips are pertinent.
