The Peoples’ National Party, says an action plan which outlines recommendations from its recently concluded Crime Summit should be publicly unveiled in September.
PNP President, Dr. Peter Phillips, says the recommendations are to be outlined in the coming days.
Dr. Phillips was speaking at a Media Briefing yesterday at the PNP’s Headquarters in St. Andrew.
The PNP’s Crime Summit which was held in July with various stakeholders explored ways in which the nation could tackle violent crime, which has continually plagued the country.
The Opposition Leader also says other policy proposals will be explored to reduce inequality in the country.
Dr. Phillips says the PNP is focused on strengthening the party for the challenges ahead.
