The court heard that In October, 2011, Sergeant Campbell was on patrol in the Cedar Valley community, when he cited a motorist for Breaches of the Road Traffic Act.

He then solicited and accepted an undetermined sum of money in order not to prosecute the driver.

A report was made to MOCA and Campbell was arrested and charged.

He’s to be sentenced on June 17.
