People’s National Party, Senator K.D. Knight, is also disagreeing with people who feel Portia Simpson Miller is being forced out as President of the party.
Mrs. Simpson Miller announced on Sunday at the PNP’s National Executive Council meeting that she’ll not seek re-election as President of the PNP, come September next year.
Former Senate President, Floyd Morris, has suggested that the party president was seemingly being pushed out.
However, Senator Knight feels some comrades are having a hard time separating from her.
In the meantime, Senator Knight says whomever replaces Mrs. Simpson Miller as PNP President must be able to unite the party.
