Officers from the Counter Terrorism and Organized Crime Branch (CTOC), arrested and prominent attorney Jade Hollis, with four counts of fraudulent conversion earlier today.
She was taken into custody at the Norman Manley International Airport upon her return to the island earlier today.
This follows a ruling from the Director of Public Prosecutions Office some time last year that she be charged.
Hollis was retained as a carriage of sales of a real estate company, and allegedly fraudulently collected over 12 million dollars.
She has been issued Station bail of 3-million dollars.
And is scheduled to appear before the Half Way Tree Resident Magistrate’s Court on May thirteenth.
