Real Estate agent, Andrew Woolery, might take legal action against King Alarm security company whose personnel were seen in videos attacking and threatening him on Monday.
The incident occurred at a gated apartment complex on Braemar Avenue, St Andrew.
It left a security guard from another company nursing a gunshot wound from the agent’s licensed firearm.
The shooting incident occurred after it appeared that the injured security guard tried to disarm the licensed firearm holder.
The real estate agent’s lawyer, Christopher Townsend, told Nationwide News discussions are being held on the way forward.
He says despite the efforts of the security company to dialogue with his client he cannot ignore what transpired in the videos that have gone viral.
In the meantime, Managing Director of King Alarm Systems, John P. Azar, says he will be cutting his overseas trip short to address the matter at hand today.
Mr Azar also explains that he will be as cooperative as possible during the investigations.
