I hate to see police officers walking with these big books writing down information when it comes to traffic cases, it’s time the government use like IPAD with prescribe form or a small book with prescribe form with numbers to issue Citations, We need to see something like an Immigration Form size which I think can do the job. look at this Police Woman with all the books in her arm which look tacky.
