Semi-finalists For Community Basketball League Set


Defending champion Majesty Gardens Legends and Rae Town Raptors joined Exed Heats and Spanish Town Spartans in the final Four of the Howard McCatty Community Basketball League.

The last two qualifiers to the semi-finals were decided in game-3 action at the Calabar High School court, last night.

The legends, led by Baldon Todd’s game high 36-points and Samora Williams 13-points, 8-rebounds and 9-assists beat Real lions 87-75.

Manager of the Legends, Chisena Campbell, says team chemistry contributed to their victory.

Meanwhile, the Raptors stopped Riverton Link-up 71-62.

Romone Spence led the Raptors attack with 24-points and 14- rebounds.

He was well supported by Jerome Thomas with 22-points and 11- rebounds.
