Head of the Lighthouse Assembly Ministries, Bishop Rohan Edwards, says he’s trying to broker peace between the warring factions of the Klansman gang in Spanish Town.
The internal feud for control of one of the country’s most notorious gangs, has resulted in countless deaths.
It’s also blamed for the killing of five people including three children on March Pen road on Sunday.
Bishop Edwards says he’ll be meeting with certain elements of the gang on Monday.
He’s also urging the government to dedicate more financial resources to the peace process.
Yesterday, Bishop Edwards accompanied the man wanted in connection with the March Pen killings, Marvin Campbell, to the Police Commissioner’s Office.
Campbell, who’s also called ‘Fatman’, is to be questioned by investigators from the Major Investigations Division.
