Sunshine Girls Arrive In Liverpool Ahead Of the Netball World Cup


The Sunshine Girls are in Liverpool, England for Fridays start of the Netball World Cup.

The Jamaicans are drawn in group “C” along with Caribbean neighbors Trinidad and Tobago, South Africa and Fiji.

The Girls who are hosting a camp in Manchester, England will play a practice match against England “B” before the start of the tournament.

Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls, Trinidad and Tobago, South Africa and Fiji have been drawn in Group C of International Netball Federation World Cup in Liverpool, England next year.

President of Netball Jamaica, Paula Daley-Morris, says they’ll be playing a couple of warm-up matches ahead of the tournament.

Jamaica’s first match will be against Fiji.
