Tensions High in Greenwich Farm after ‘Bagga’ Killing


Tension is high this morning in the Greenwich Farm area of South West St. Andrew following the killing of a reputed don and another man.

The reputed don has been identified as 50-year-old Christopher Palmer also known as ‘Bagga’ of West Avenue in Kingston 13. The Police say he was killed at about 10: 55 yesterday morning.

In under an hour another man was also gunned down by unknown assailants in the same vicinity. He has been identified as 43-year-old Andrew Robinson also known as ‘Brandy’.

The Police have not yet determined if the incidents are related. The incidents have also resulted in increased vigilance among people who frequent the area.

One man in a voice note which was widely circulated on social media yesterday afternoon appealed to citizens to exercise caution.

Persons are being advised to avoid the intersection of Spanish Town Road and Waltham Park Road as well as the intersection of Spanish Town Road and Maxfield Avenue.
