Three men are in custody in for the murder of Reggae Boyz Medical Doctor, Martin Garwood, following what the police call a major breakthrough in the case.
That’s according Head of the JCF Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay.
Dr. Garwood, who also worked at Kingston Public Hospital, was found inside his apartment last week with multiple stab wounds.
His colleagues went in search of him when he didn’t turn up for work. They saw blood at his residence and alerted the police. His car was later found on the Queens Hill Road in Kingston.
Superintendent Linday says investigators are still trying to establish a motive.
