‘Time to Move Football Forward’, says Ricketts


President of the Jamaica Football Federation, Michael Ricketts, says it’s time to move the sport forward now that the differences between Coach Theodore Whitmore and the board has been settled.

Ricketts says the League of Nations tournament which kicks off in September will be the Boyz first official assignment.

Jamaica will next play St Kitts and Nevis on April 26 and a return game against Antigua and Barbuda on April 29.

However, Whitmore will not be on the sidelines in those games.

President of the Jamaica Football Federation, Michael Ricketts, suggested that the first rollout of the Umbro Kit will come in June.

Umbro will act as the official kit supplier to both the Jamaican men’s and women’s teams.
