Toodmar Allen, 33, Identified As Cop Killed by Gunmen In East Kingston


A member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF, who was killed early this morning has been identified as 33-year-old Constable Toodmar Allen.

Allen was attached to the JCF’s Mobile Reserve.

The Policeman was reportedly shot and killed by unknown assailants in Rollington Town, East Kingston about 12:18 this morning.

Reports are Constable Allen was sitting in his car along Giltress Street, when he was attacked by gunmen, who shot him in the back, chest and right arm.

He managed to run to the Rollington Town Police Station and was assisted to the Kingston Public Hospital, where he died while being treated.

No motive has yet been established for his killing.
