Trelawny Contractor Robbed Of Over $25 Million Earmarked To Pay Workers


The Trelawny Police were kept busy on Friday after a sub-contractor was reportedly robbed of over $25 million that was earmarked to pay workers.

Superintendent Kirk Ricketts is the Head of the Trelawny Police.

Superintendent Ricketts says more than 1-hundred irate construction workers converged at the Coral Spring site hurling threats at site managers.

Meanwhile, the Superintendent Ricketts says they have detained two suspects in relation to the robbery.
