Whitfield Town Councillor Calls For National Commission On Crime and Violence

Councillor for the Whitfield Town Division- now under a recently declared state of public emergency, Eugene Kelly is suggesting the implementation of a National Commission on crime and violence.

And while he accepts reports that dons, gangs and guns have led to the increase in crime and violence, Councilor Kelly questions the pace at which the crime fighting mechanisms are being introduced.

He also reiterated the need for increased border protection.
