The Widow of United Nations Employee, Clive Peck, a Jamaican who was killed in a car bombing in Benghazi, Libya, is expressing anger at his passing.
Mrs. Peck says her late husband had been transferred to Benghazi very recently.
Mr. Peck was killed in Libya’s eastern city of Benghazi on Saturday.
It’s understood Mr. Peck and two of his colleagues at the UN were killed when the car bomb exploded outside a shopping mall.
The Benghazi municipal council says the attack targeted a convoy for the UN Support Mission in Libya.
Mrs. Peck says her late husband, who had visited several conflict zones during his tenure at the UN, was scheduled to retire in 2021.

Meanwhile, Mr. Peck’s daughter, Lanieka, also expressed shock at her father’s passing.
